Ibironke Olofin is a researcher with training in epidemiology and background as a physician. She examines the effects of nutritional interventions and nutrition-related exposures on the health of pregnant women, infants and young children. She also investigates the potential role of agricultural interventions and other nutrition-sensitive interventions in solving the nutritional problems of women and children in developing countries. She collaborates with GroundWork to conduct systematic reviews, meta-analyses and synthesis of evidence related to nutritional interventions. She is currently based in Boston, USA.
